Reoccuring events in Office365 Calendar

Hello,

 

I have connected my powerapp with Office365 and when I try to load the events using query: Office365.CalendarGetItems("Calendar").value , I cannot see the reoccuring events/meetings. I only get single events.

 

Is it something that powerapps does not have or am i doing anything wrong?

Hi @Adil,

 

By reoccuring events/meetings, if you mean the Events that you have set to repeat on regular time, then I have created one like this:

Then I used below formula on my Gallery and this event shows accordingly.

This seems work for me, would you please check if there is anything wrong with your app? Especially make sure that this reoccuring event is under the "Calendar" calendar.

I was searching the web for a solution to the same problem. My PowerApps app doesn't show any recurring events. I created a new one, and then I removed its recurrence. Only then did it appear in PowerApps. Is there a solution to this? I am using this retrieve the events from my Outlook calendar:

ClearCollect(Office365.GetEventsCalendarViewV2("Calendar",Text(Date(selYear.Selected.Val, selMonth.Selected.Val, 1),DateTimeFormat.LongDateTime24), Text(Date(selYear.Selected.Val, selMonth.Selected.Val, selMonth.Selected.Days),DateTimeFormat.LongDateTime24)).value)

Have you found any solution for this issue? I have a similar issue but with SharePoint Calendars. If I set a recurring event in a SharePoint Calendar, I see only the first occurrence, not the rest.
