I'm trying to build an app where the user selects an entity and a record, uploads a file and attaches it to a D365 CRM entity record.
What I have done so far is:
1) In step 1, the user is selecting the entity
2) In Step 2, the user is selecting the record to add the note to
3) In Step 3, I'm using the Add Picture and PDF Viewer controls to select a pdf and attach it
Now I want to have a step 4 which puts a note description and uploads it to a new note against the selected record.
Can someone please point me towards how can I achieve this, either with PowerApps or using Flow?
