AllowedValues and DataSourceInfo

I have just uploaded an app into a new environment so that I can use entities that are in the CDS for Apps, however datacards seem to have an issue with data that has been selected from an option set. This wasn't an issue with the original app where picklists inthe CDS V1 were used.

The error I get is:

The columns produced by this rule are all nested tables and/or records, however the property expects at least some columns of simple values.

I think it is the AllowedValues that is causing the error:

DataSourceInfo('Learner details', DataSourceInfo.AllowedValues, 'Work & Income Site Value')

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Re: AllowedValues and DataSourceInfo

Hi @Caroline,

First of all, I'd like to confirm that if 'Learner details'  is the CDS entity name. Then what is the DataType of Work & Income Site Value' field? Please share the detailed configuration of this entity.

Is it a local or glabol option set?

Which property did you put this formula?

Re: AllowedValues and DataSourceInfo

@v-monli-msftYes, 'Learner Details' is the entity name. The option sets were created some time ago, before there was the option of having global or local ones, so I would assume that they are all global.

'Work & Income Site Value' should probably by 'work & Income Site', as that is the column name.

This is in the Allowed Values property of the data card.
