Attachment Control in Forms

Hi I am trying to use a canvas app which also contains a form with an attachment field to allow me to upload content into a sharepoint list, however when I try to upload content in to the field it always comes up as unsaved.

Is there a way to save the attachments and then use the Patch command to submit the contents of the app?

This is my Patch line

Patch(_dependent,Defaults(_dependent),{Title:txtTilte.Text},Form1.Updates)
