Button Problem

Hi everyone !!

 

In this oportunity, i need ask for the next:

 

I have a Excel file with some username. On the other hand, i have a app with a Button. So, i want to show this button only when the  User().Email is in the file.

 

"Visible properties" show the button when are in TRUE.

 

So, How can i create the code for this?.

Hi @ivpd 

If I am correct, you want to show the button only when a particular user is in the file.   To do this, you will need to compare a user's email against the current table.  You will need to have your user's table in the app as a datasource.  I would suggest that you add a TextInput control for putting in the user's email address. 

Then you would set the Visible property of the button to 

!IsBlank(Lookup(usertable,usario=TextInput1.Text))

 If the lookup finds the email address then the formula will not be blank and the formula will reduce to true and the button will show.
