First App

I am experimenting with PowerApp for my company and would like to use the pdf viewer to view attachments within a custom list in SharePoint. If this works (as long as the workers do not put more than one pdf attachment in the list), then this should be able to read it in theory. Just looking at what I need to put in the Data/Document area to make this work.

Re: First App

Hi @cannonco ,

Do you want to reviewer the attachment PDF files of your SP List within a PowerApps app?

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

2.JPG3.JPG4.JPG
Firstly, you need to add your SP List as data source into your app.

Then add a Gallery (Gallery1) in your app, set the Items property to your SP List data source ('YourSPList'). Set the TemplateFill property of the Gallery1 to following:

If(ThisItem.IsSelected, RGBA( 255, 228, 196, 1 ),RGBA(0, 0, 0, 0)) /* <-- Highlight the selected item in your Gallery1 */

Add another Gallery (Gallery2), set the Items property to following:

Gallery1.Selected.Attachments

set the TemplateFill property of the Gallery2 to following:

If(ThisItem.IsSelected,RGBA( 222, 184, 135, 1 )	,RGBA(0, 0, 0, 0))

Add a PDF View control in your app, set the Document property to following:

Gallery2.Selected.Value

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.

Please also check and see if the following videos resource could help in your scenario:
