Issue with database export and submit

Hi everyone, been lurking around for a bit trying to get some help with this app.

I started creating thi app:

Its a form that users will need to fill out and a manager will review this information. How do i go about creating a database with the results in it? Within a week, will usually fill this form out 3-5, by the end of the month, they would like to review all the results. How do i go about doing this.

My second part of the question is this portion of the app:

Users will need to take a picture of defective item, i have added a capture button to capture the image of defective product, i dont even know what to do from here, ive read and checked out various youtube videos, cant find much on what i should do from here to capture the image by tapping "Capture". How do i get this to work?

Lastly the submit button, which captures all the data and photo and exports it to some database, how do i go about getting all this done?

Can PowerApp do what i want it to do with the examples above? Im fairly new to all this, thank you in advance.

Re: Issue with database export and submit

Hi @Anonymous ,

Firstly, before you create an app, you need to create a data source and connect your app with this data source.

For example, you could use SharePoint list as data source.

You need to create a SharePoint list and then add some fields in it.

Then, create connection with it in your app.

Here's a doc about how to create SharePoint list and create connection with it for your raference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/sharepoint-scenario-setup

Secondly, you could insrt edit form connected with this list and then the data will be submitted to it.

Here's a doc about edit form for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/working-with-forms

Thirdly, here's a doc about how to use camere control for you reference:

https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/article/step-by-step-creation-of-camera-app-in-microsoft-powerapps/
