I have created a model driven app in PowerApps to create and display time entries. When I create the time entry from the application for example for 15 December it gets created for 14 December in the CRM. I went to CRM and from advanced view I filtered out the Time entry entity and created a new entry still the same issue happened again.
Well the first case could've been my mistake as for time zone differences but in the second case where the time entry was created from CRM itself how can the time zone difference occur? I checked for the time zone differences but there were none. Is it some bug or some other issue ? How do I solve this? Please advice me for a solution for this as soon as possible! It's an urgent task.
Thanks in advance....
Could you please share a bit more about your issue?
Do you mean that the time entry created from your D365 CRM itself also faced the different time zone issue?
Based on the second case that you mentioned, I think this issue is related to your D365 CRM rather than PowerApps.
I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.
Please check if the Time Zone of your Dynamics 365 CRM environment is the same as your local Time Zone.
Please set Time Zone of your Dynamics 365 CRM environment is the same as your local Time Zone, then re-add a Time entry within your entity again, check if the issue is solved.
