List calendar events for a Office365.GetRooms between 12 Hrs slots (9AM to 9PM)

Hi,

 Is it possible to get the available calander events for a Room in outlook using Office365 connector ?

I need to get GetRoomsInRoomList("roomListAddress") and need to show the calander events for the 12 hrs slots of all the rooms in the selected RoomList.

Let me know is there any possibility ?

Thanks

Saravanan G

Re: List calendar events for a Office365.GetRooms between 12 Hrs slots (9AM to 9PM)

Hi @saravanang ,

Do you want to get all calendar events for a specific Room in your Outlook?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I afraid that there is no direct way to achieve your needs. As an alternative solution, I think the Office365.GetEventsCalendarViewV2() function could achieve your needs. I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:17.JPG

Set the Items property of the Dropdown1 (Calendars Dropdown box) to following:

Office365.CalendarGetTablesV2().value

Set the Items property of the Dropdown2 (Rooms Dropdown box) to following:

Office365.GetRooms().value

Set the Items property of the Gallery to following formula:

Filter( /* <-- Filter Calendar events based on selected Room from the Dropdown2 box */
      Office365.GetEventsCalendarViewV2(Dropdown1.Selected.id, Text(Today()+Time(9,0,0), DateTimeFormat.UTC), Text(Today()+Time(21,0,0),DateTimeFormat.UTC)).value,
      Location = Dropdown2.Selected.Name
)

Please take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.
