Patch to Sharepoint People Column Not working (Sharepoint Online)

When trying to Patch a People column in sharepoint from powerapps, I'm receiving an "Unknown Error has occurred"

I have verified all other columns are working when I try to patch, yet the People Column does not, I have fired up another app as well as a test list and still recieve the same error. Is this happening to anyone else?

Here is my code:

Patch(Test, Defaults(Test),{Title: SubjectInput_1.Text,
Requestor:
{
 '@odata.type':"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser",
  Claims:"i:0#.f|membership|" & Lower(User().Email),
  Department:"",
DisplayName:User().Email, Email:User().Email, JobTitle:".", Picture:"." } })

Any guidence would be appriciated. Thanks in advance.

I do see one issue and I am not sure if it is causing your problem but you could update it and see what happens. The display name parameter should look like this:

DisplayName:User().FullName,
