Proper Decimal Keyboard for iOS

I have a number field that is for entering a whole number only. I recently within the last couple days discovered that text inputs have a VirtualKeyboardMode property which can be set to VirtualKeyboardMode.Numeric to force a numeric keyboard for that input. This seems to work great for the one Android device I have tested. On iOS, however, this brings up a number row with a long list of special characters and even an option to go to the qwerty keyboard (see attachments). I would really like it so that this would only display numbers so that:

1. Fool proofs someone from typing letters into a text input that posts to a number field.

2. Makes the number keys much larger and easier to input.

I mainly have 3 questions:

Is there a keyboard like the Android Numeric in the iOS system?

If so, is there a way in PowerApps to invoke that keyboard?

If not, has anyone dabbled in creating their own custom made keyboard, using a set of buttons which will append to a text input?

Re: Proper Decimal Keyboard for iOS

Hi @AMH10 ,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I have made a test, the issue is confirmed on my side.

Actually, the iOS Number Pop-up Keyboard screenshot you provided is the default iOS Number keyboard for the Number field in PowerApps app.

If you want the  iOS Number Pop-up Keyboard to be same with that in Android device, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in PowerApps, please submit an idea to PowerApps Ideas Forum:

As an alternative solution, you could consider change the Keyboard mode within your iOS device to meet your needs.
