Question: how to make it in Power apps

i create 2 Lists in sharepoint as follow: 

- on for the list of project with fileds

- Project Id

- Project Name

- Project Purpose

- Project Manager

 

- second one Request with fileds

Project Purpose

Projec Id (Lookup filed)

 

i need when i choice the Project Purpose the system filter the projects (to get only the list of projecs that have the selected Prject purpuse)

 

please chek the aatched screen for more explannations

What are the column types of your columns in your SP lists?

Could you please share more details of them? Single line?Choice?Look up?

the purpose column i change it to be load from list befoure multi choice

- Project Purpose(Multiple Choice)?

- Project Manager(Single line)?

In the Properties of the ComboBox(?), or object holding the data:

 

Populate Items with the list from the request data, then click on Depends on and the parent control is the object that holds the first dimension list (project id) - then in Matching field: select then second objects list and choose project id.

 

That means when project is selected in the first list, the data will auto join to the Request data,

ProjectManager(SingleLine)

 

SP1:

- Project Id(Number)? Single Line

- Project Name(Single Line)? Single Line

- Project Purpose(Multiple Choice)? Lookup filed (look up from SP3)

- Project Manager(Single line)? Lookup filed  (look up from SP3)

 

SP2:

- second one Request with fileds

Project Purpose(Multiple Choice)? Lookup filed (look up from SP3)

Projec Id (Lookup filed) Lookup filed (Look up from SP1)

 

And you want to create one cascading dropdown based look up field in SP?
