String not recognised - App working for me but not colleagues

I am creating a simple app to apply for annual leave.

Everything works fine when I use it but when my colleague tries, I get an error message saying, "String was not recognized as a valid DateTime. clientRequestId: 35dfd552-3ae8-4a66-98d5-a2c3a780e1f4".

I'm not sure what the problem is as it works for me. Any help would be really appreciated!

What is probably happening is that the dates "12/02/2018" and "15/02/2018" are not being interpreted as you want (day / month / year). You can try sending the data in a more "universal" format (yyyy-mm-dd), and it may work.

If you're sending the data from PowerApps (e.g., such as from a date picker's SelectedDate property, you can try to format it using the Text function:

MyFlow.Run(...,
    Text(DatePicker1.SelectedDate, "yyyy-mm-dd"),
    Text(DatePicker2.SelectedDate, "yyyy-mm-dd"),
    ...)

Thank you for your reply. I've tried formatting it in that way but sadly I still get the same error message when my colleague runs it. It still works when I submit a request.

For what it's worth, I had the same problem. App works in testing on my PC. But from my phone it fails with this same error. I resolved it by changing the Date Display Format on the SharePoint library from "Friendly" to "Standard" in the Document Library settings - Date Column settings. (See attachment -if it sticks)

Probably some tweaking of the date format in Powerapps might also work.
