Submit Syntax for multiple screens

I created a survey with many screens. My goal is to save the data entered to a SharePoint list. Please see the following for OnSelect:

SubmitForm(EditForm1;EditForm1_1;EditForm2;EditForm3;EditForm4;EditForm4_1;EditForm4_2);"Review for Homebuyers"

What is incorrect in the formula. It will not save to the SP list or "Review for Hombuyers"

Re: Submit Syntax for multiple screens

Hi @Suep,

To submit multiple forms with on button click to the same data source, you need to use Patch function. Here is a video you could refer to about how to use Patch to update records:

Patch function documentation:

Re: Submit Syntax for multiple screens

Thank you for your suggestion however, I don't need to update the SharePoint list so didn't think using Patch would help. Basically, once the data is entered in the PowerApp form, the submit/Save button saves the data as a new entry. There will not be any changes, so would i still use a patch?
