TextSearchBox not working for LookUp Column

Hello

I am new to PowerApps and I have a really stupid question to ask because I can't seem to be able to solve it by myself.

I have created an app and on the browse screen when I enter the first initials of a name the page becomes blank instead of showing me all the name starting with the letter I have typed in the SearchTextBox

So I have this in the Items of the Gallery (I have realize that the problem is that instead of Title there should be Your_x0020_Name and that instead of text it should be something like selected value because it is a LookUp(person or group) column and not a text column....)

and here is another image:

Re: TextSearchBox not working for LookUp Column

The formula in your gallery is configured to search on the "Title"  column on the SharePoint list and sort the gallery by the same title column. If you want to search by the field you have highlighted then the formula would look something like this:

SortByColumns(Filter(Staff, StartsWith(Your_x0020_Name.Value, TextSearchBox1.Text)),"Title", If(SortDescending1, Descending, Ascending))
