Using dropdown and Radio Button

I/m trying not to use the any datasource but just plain text choices...

I would like to create a dropdown control displaying following choices.

"Present"

"Absent"

"No info"

And also for radio button with horizontal mode..

"Green","Yellow", "Blue"

Thanks

Re: Using dropdown and Radio Button

You can put them into a table format in the Items property of the control.

Items = Table({Value:"Present"}, {Value:"Absent"}, {Value:"No info"})

Items = Table({Value:"Green"}, {Value:"Yellow"}, {Value:"Blue"})

Re: Using dropdown and Radio Button

I did not add th e table function and did [" ","Absent","Present"]. It worked but what 's difference placing on a table?

Re: Using dropdown and Radio Button

The "[ ]" is short hand for creating single-column table. The Table() allows you to create a table with one or more columns. In your case you are using a single column, so either approach will work.
