List error - Not showing my columns - Power Apps Portal/Power Pages

Hi,

Does someone have an idea why the list is not showing the columns I have added on the table? I have already refreshed my flow.

My columns are showing in the list as a row.

The data is just a sample due the sensitivity of the information I'm work with.

On my Power Query, the table is looking the way I was expecting to show in the list.

All the videos/tutorials I have followed work just fine when the data is loaded on the list.

This data is from my table on Azure.
