Thanks for the helpful video @AbrahamSaldana . We're trying to use the newly released vaccination attestations, but it's not appearing for us after following the instructions. Any ideas why we're not seeing that?
@BSCC_MChungand @Ian Bourne, I am the PM responsible for Return to Workplace. Check-in is emerging as a growing priority for RTW customers. Would love to understand how your organizations are thinking of the Check-in process and how the data is utilized. We can get on a call if that works better, please let me know.
Thanks,
Vedang
@bpayst , As always, thank you for highlighting the issue.
For the group, RTW dashboards are linked to external sources (e.g., USAFacts) to pull COVID-data at a state/county level. When one of these sources updates their data schema or the connected URL, the refresh does not function as expected. In this case, USAFacts changed their source URL for the data. Here are the instructions for the fix for the facility safety management dashboard.
I can confirm that this does resolve the problem. Note that you have to make the same changes to the Leadership dashboard as well as the Facility Manager one. @ved thanks for the quick turn around on the fix. Any word on my question about the vaccination attestation not appearing?
Hi Narpad,
Seems like the deployment step 5 has changed as I am stuck on the step where it is mentioned that look for section in the customizations.xml file but no such section exists in the file.
"Open the customizations.xml file and look for the section similar to the XML code specified in this example: /powerapps/maker/model-driven-apps/embed-powerbi-report-in-system-form#embed-without-contextual-filtering"
Appreciate if you can please verify that this is a valid step or any alternatives available to fix the power bi report on the form.
Thanks
Nitin
@nitingupta4u , Here is a short demo video on how the dashboard can be embedded in the facility safety management model-driven app: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B1hGBBfWmE
Following up on my own question - the issue with vaccinations not appearing was due to a customization we had made (and subsequently forgot about as it was minor and early on in the releases). Removing the unmanaged layer from the solution corrected that.
@EdreiMpanduki was this ever answered/resolved? we are also facing the same issue where we want to change some of the language on the app but are unable to find where to do this in the lookup table.
Documentation update request:
Please include licensing requirements under the prerequisites section of the Prerequisites sub-heading in "Deploy the Return to Workplace Solution" at Deploy the Return to Workplace solution | Microsoft Docs
Currently, licensing requirements are provided in the Overview, but not all users require an overview and go immediately to Deploy. Given that the licensing is a prerequisite, it would seem appropriate to include this in the deployment documentation.
