@lfinman Same here, I also have the same issue with visuals on the facility manager dashboard and the same error message about the date column. I don't understand why data from employee app is not populated on the dashboard since I do see employee sentiments and attestations in the facility manager app, but dashboard is blank.
Also the facility manager dashboard failed to refresh last night and the error is:
'There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.
Data source error: Column 'Facility Checklist ID' in Table 'Readiness Checklist' contains blank values and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table. Table: Readiness Checklist.
The problem is I have no idea what column it is, I don't have any readiness checklists created nor can I find where to.
Please help this keeps me up at night 🙂
Hi,
When I create a new facility in the Power App and refresh the Power BI dashboard, there is not facility data at all. Can anyone suggest what's going on here? I've updated the correct CDS path and the data shows correct on the "Facility Safety Management".
We are investigating the issues mentioned for the Facility dashboard and will provide answers once we identify the problem.
Regarding the Employee app not updating the report - is because of the HIPAA privacy act for sharing medical data, the app cannot create an employee case.
Hi @Anonymous ,
The "Readiness Checklist" error is occurring because each facility should be assigned to a certain phase. The column 'Facility Checklist ID' is a combination of 'facilityID' and 'phaseID' columns. Once every facility have a certain phase the report should become refreshable and "Dates" issue will be solved as well, since you already have data in attestations.
Please let me know if this helps.
Thanks,
Dias
@DiasDemeu So I have one facility and it is assigned to zero stage (closed), it is also proposed for stage 1. So I can't figure out what is missing at this point.
My leadership dashboard is refreshed daily with no issues, but there is no longer any COvid related data available. I can see one facility on the dashboard and zero cases everywhere else. I did delete all Cantoso facilities from the set up I wonder if that's what is causing issues now. I just did not want them to be visible on the dashboard and when I turned off sample data flow they would still pop up on the PBI. Any suggestion how to get PBI reflect current Covid data?
Thank you!!
@DiasDemeu Hi! Yes that did the trick! Thank you! I also was able to submit facility to the new phase and after approval it's showing in Phase 1 but when you select the facility it's not moving on the dashboard, still showing Stage 0, and it's been a day or so. Is that something I can fix? Again, many thanks for your help!
same issue
Another issue I have noticed is when the PBI dashboard is refreshed, I still see stale data for passes generated. For example today was zero, but the dashboard is still showing 1 from yesterday, which is very strange. It seems that there was no activity on the employee App today but the system is still reflecting data from yesterday. Any suggestion how to fix it? Thank you!
The PBI was refershed successfully as of 9 am this morning
