@AbrahamSaldana Hi! Can you please comment on the licensing requirements for the flows? I just checked the documentation which looks like was updated yesterday and again I don't see anything about Per user Power automate license requirement. It seems that flows that specifically control the transition to new phase are all controlled by the flows with premium connection to CDS. Is that correct? If it is, does that mean every user or owner needs one or just the person deploying the solution?
Thank you!

Good question regarding licensing, for the specific question regarding the flow will apply to the person that made the deployment or will apply to all users making updates to the facility stage (BPF), if we look at the Flow trigger you will see that is using the scope as "Organization" so that will apply to all the users that are making updates to the facility stage(BPF), also this is related to Security Roles for the user that is updating the stage.
Hope this is clear!
Abe
We have M365 E5 licenses so covered for PowerBI Pro however since this is using CDS I guess we need a PowerApp per App Plan at $10 per user or the PowerApp Per User plan at $40. So a company with 250 users at best its $2500 per month and at worst $10,000 per month. 😂😐😭
You can see how this is a non-starter for many? Especially at this time when many businesses are struggling. Why not a version which can utilise SharePoint lists so don't have to fork out for the PowerApp plans?
Where can you adjust the global variables? I see "SolutionSettings" but I don't see where I can actually adjust anything in there... ie: contoso or the general agreement, etc.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
@msmith22 In my environment, I clicked into 'Default' you should see a pane on the right where you can update the Employee App Settings text and information.
Is that in the PowerApp Editor itself? Or somewhere else? Thanks for your help!

You can change the setting on the Solution Settings (Documentation link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/sample-apps/return-to-workplace/configure#set-solution-se...)
You can change the settings for the solution like
Company Name: Contoso
Health & Safety email:
Health & Safety Instructions:
please check the attach image, you should be able to add those setting, in the case if you are not getting those setting, let me know I could send you the content by email.
In Facility Safety Management (I have a Sandbox environment currently).
When it comes to adjusting MainColorVar type Global Variables for color schemes, where is that adjusted? I don't see anything in the Solution Settings for this, so I'm wondering where you actually would adjust some of those global variables.
