Thanks for raising these concerns. Based on your feedback, we will be prioritizing accessibility improvements for the Power BI reports in the upcoming release.
If I add a new reopen phase, i.e. phase 5 after 4 - new normal, it does not show up in my facility reopen phases. How do I include a new phase in reopening facilities?
SSigler
To add more Phases correctly in the application these will be the steps you will need to do.
Modify the Business Process Flow and add the new Phase and the required fields on that Phase, editing the Facility Safety app and click on Business process flow, selecting the Reopening Facilities BPF (Image1)
After that need to add the phase and the fields that will be required (Identical name to the one you added to the "Reopen Phases" )
Save the BPF and republish the application.

New Hotfix available for Leadership and Facility Dashboards
We encounter that due to the change in the Epiforecasts web source URL we were not able to fetch latest reproductive forecast; now with this URL fix we can see latest reproductive forecast and numbers on report.
This fix is applicable on Leadership and Facility reports.

To deploy you will need to install these dashboards to a new workspace.

I'm seeing that error as well with the hotfix version. I installed it into a new workspace, but I was prompted to overwrite an existing one, which also seems to be a change.
There was an error when processing the data in the dataset.
Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.
I had the same issue with the lower_90 column, but this seems to have been fixed in the new version of the dashboards. It's to do with changes in one of the external data sources for Reproductive Number table.
I've not found a solution for the other issue with the msft_employeecaseid column. I established that it's a new column in the Employee Attestation entity. Obvious solution would be to create a new column with this name, but new columns are prefixed with "crfdb_" whereas the column name has to be prefixed with "msft_".
Any ideas?
Thank you all for the feedback recently on the COVID data issue.
The Return to Work solution incorporates several external COVID data sources to include virus activity information in the Leadership and Facility dashboards.
The data from each source is offered to the public for use under the licensing terms cited in the reports and without SLA’s or contracts.
Microsoft has modeled the collection of these source in the Power BI templates to make it easy for customers to acquire and use the data in their own instances of the dashboards.
From time to time, these organizations make changes to the data source structure without notice.
This is rare but does happen. As these changes are discovered, we will also modify the Return to Work PBI templates to reflect these changes so that the latest structures are available in the solution.
Thanks for your support and patience as we make these updates.
Hi @AbrahamSaldana ,
Thanks for the prompt response and looking at this.
Do you have an ETA on when the templates will be updated?
Kind regards
Wael
