I updated the solution and the PowerBI apps, but I'm getting an error when trying to refresh the data in the PowerBI apps:
This error persists and is preventing the PowerBI reports from picking up any of our data. Is this still the right place to get support for this solution @birdman @AbrahamSaldana ?
We're running into a problem. How do we activate a transition from one phase to the next for a facility? We are able to create a New Reopen Phase Transition, but how do we actually trigger it to occur?
Thank you!
I believe there is a Flow you need to enable to start the processing. Can't remember which one off the top of my head, but it was pretty obvious when I looked at the Flows which were not enabled. Once that is on, when you approve request, a few minutes later it moves to the next phase.
the flow that activates the phases is "Reopen Phase Transition - update facility reopen phase", please make sure that the flow is turn on and the connection is stablished
