Hi Team,

We’re delighted to announce v1.1 of the Power Platform Return to the workplace solution. We’ve heard your feedback and incorporated many of the requirements our customers have been asking for with this release. The new solution will be released on AppSource today. Summary is here but please also see below for more details.

• Enhancements for Location Readiness and Care Management including phase transitions and updates to the leadership and case manager dashboards
• Employee Health and Safety updates including booking a daily pass by floor and area along with arrival time.
• New Location Management app including capability to manage and report on capacity, arrival windows, and integration capabilities for building entry systems.

Has anyone been successful in getting this to work?

Has anyone managed to extend the solution to be able to book day passes in advance? Then on the day running through self-assessment to validate your day pass.

It took me a bit, but yes. I believe you need to find systemform unmodified="1"  and replace it with systemform. Then save, zip and upload your modifications in addition to the steps listed back on page 5.

This? change to what to what please? systemform unmodified="0" ? or just <systemform>

Remove the unmodified = "1" so it only says systemform

According to this I should be able to choose arrival time but from my testing its not there? Do I need to set something up in the solution?

To enable the Entry window to Choose the arrival time, you need to configure the Facility and under details select the value for the field "Entry Window Interval", you have 2 options 30 minutes or 1 hour intervals, Save the updates on the record and when you select that facility in the employee app after, selecting the Floor and the Area will show this option.

Thanks, somehow I missed this 🙂 by the way I guess its not possible to book in advance? For resource planning we need to know ahead how many are planning to come in.
