Data sources are changing again. Just updated to the latest version and I am still getting this error trying to refresh the Location Readiness Dataset.
"The column 'stateFIPS' of the table wasn't found"
Looks like the source file for the data changed the name of the column "StateFIPS" (uppercase S)

Please update or create a new workspace for the dashboards and embed the Facility dashboard to the Model-Driven Facility form

Thanks Abe and team! To clarify - can we upgrade existing dashboards or should we create new ones for this version? I did an in-place upgrade and got an error in Table: Reproductive Number.
@bpayst We are recommending that you create a new workspace and deploy the dashboard. We tested with an in-place upgrade and have not seen this behavior or issues.
Please keep us updated, if you tested with a new workspace.
Abe.
I have what I hope is a simple question. I have the app up and running but can't figure out how to make the QR code do anything useful. One would think that scanning it would log check in and out but it doesn't seem to work. What am I missing?
Really keen to be able to 'check in' users using the QR code to complete the Employees Attendance against a booking. If there an app already built for that please?
Sorry if this is not the correct place for this question, I'm stuck on creating a new solution. when I go to the Return to the workplace solution I created there is a banner with the following
(You cannot directly edit the components within a managed solution. If the managed properties for solution components are set to allow customization, you can edit them from another unmanaged solution.)
I look for msft_Facility click on the forms tab and I am unable to add form (it is greyed out for me) Is this a permissions issue?
Help! At some point after Friday night the app stopped working. Users are getting an error saying they do not have access to the tables (Attestations, Bookings). Facility managers are not getting the errors because they have business unit privileges. If I change the "Return to the Workplace - Employee" security role so that it gives business unit permissions to the Attestations and Bookings tables the errors no longer happen.
There were no changes to this app or the environment that I know of. Did something get patched, etc. over the weekend in Dynamics 365? Any other ideas?
UPDATE: I think I found the issue/fix. Assigning the "Return to the Workplace - Employee" role directly to the user makes it work again. We assign the D365 security roles using teams that are built off of AAD Security Groups. We then assign the security role to the Team which gives it to all the users in the AAD security group. So it appears something changed in D365 over the weekend in how security is applied when using AAD Security group based D365 Teams.
The fix that I found was to change this setting on the "Return to the Workplace - Employee" D365 security role from "Team Privileges Only" to "Direct User (Basic) access level and Team Privileges"
Can anyone tell me why I needed to make this change right now? Did Microsoft push out a change/patch to D365 over the weekend?
