We're seeing inconsistency with the checklists updating. When we move an office from closed (0) to Planning (1) the checklist is not updated. It's empty in closed, although we 2 have 2 items in the list, they were added after the offices were set up. When we move the office to Initial Return (2) the checklist is built and then when we move it back down to 1 or 0, it updates correctly.
let's connect directly so we can have a screen share and see the behavior, this could be a couple of items that we can research.
1. could be the re-opening phases and the reediness factors configuration
2. this could be an issue with the flow that updates the checklist (readiness factors)
please send an email directly.

We've noticed that if you select a facility from the "recents" list on the employee app screen, it bypasses the arrival time and area / capacity bookings and goes to the health check directly. This means that employees can book spaces in offices which are not yet open and have capacity available. The booking is recorded in the facility management app, but without an arrival time. Is this by design?
We've solved this issue, looks like unless there is a floor and area with capacity that can be calculated based on the phase percentage, the office is available. Adding, floors, areas and capacities got us the expected behavior. We still have a problem with checklists not being built between phases.
The issue we were seeing with checklists not updating appears to have been due to old data, particularly inactive checklist items. Clearing those out seems to have solved the problem and the lists are updating as we move through the phases.
Hello everyone,
We would like to announce the release for the Return to Workplace version 1.5. As global vaccination campaigns have ramped up, many organizations want to capture the vaccination attestations from their employees to reopen safely. When enabled, this feature invites employees to attest to their vaccination status. The vaccination attestation solution settings can be configured so that employees who have submitted a vaccination attestation and meet the required conditions your organization establishes may skip daily attestations (e.g., symptom screening attestations) to receive their daily pass. You can also configure the feature to require daily attestations even if a person has provided a vaccination attestation. Here's what's new in this release: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/industry/return-to-workplace/whats-new#new-and-updated-...
As always, we love your feedback. Please post your questions and feedback in this forum.
Thank you,
Vedang
We're not seeing COVID-19 data updates like we used to. The most recent date for that is 8/16/2021. Has something changed about the updates of that data? We are refreshing the dataset successfully each night.

I don't know how to embed the Power BI report into the app as instructed because my XML file looks nothing like the one in the instructions? Anyone ever came across this and what did you do to overcome?
Make sure you are looking at customizations.xml and search for the string "PowerBIGroupID" that will get you to the right place quickly. The other 2 parameters are right below it. There's also a new way of doing this which I haven't tried, but it's explained here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B1hGBBfWmE
Thanks @bpayst for helping here! For @nanderson the best way I can recommend is to look at the video that I created showing the easy way to embed the dashboard with the Facility form (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0B1hGBBfWmE) using the XRM Tool box
