Hi @Anonymous ,
An issue lies in the misleading label, It is not actually Passes Generated Today, but rather Last Day when a pass was generated. This is noted and will be fixed in the next release.
Regarding the phase transition, I guess you can not immediately see the correct phase for your facility because there is no Live Connection between Power BI and CDS. In order to see most recent data you need to refresh the whole Power BI report.
I hope this answers you questions.
Thanks,
Dias
Hi Dias @DiasDemeu thanks for your response! Makes sense about the passes, but the correct transition phase is actually properly showing on the PBI side, but it's not being updated on the dashboard that's inside the CSD app. The timeline is kind of frozen there, please see attached. My facility has been in a new stage for a few days now, but it's not reflected here
Hi I am also stuck at step 5 .
5.4 - create a solution but a "Publisher" is required and i dont know/understand what is needed here
5.5 - the "Facility (msft_facility) is not available in the list so i cannot proceed further.
Thanks !
Take a look at AnthonyZ post of Page 6
Also, pay close attention to step 5.8 for the removal of the 'unmodified attribute' from systemform xml element.
This caused me untold misery in deploying the solution
@narpad @Anonymous
I believe Microsoft has missed calling out a crucial piece of the licensing puzzle for this solution.
The flows within the solution require a 'Power Automate Per User License'.
I have deployed the solution numerous times and the only way the solution works is with the addition of the Power Automate license.
If the license is not present then the flows are disabled by default.
If I attempt to create states within the solution with the same country so the PowerBI shows the local area, the power BI sync throws an error as below
It would appear that a state is only allowed to be referenced to a single country despite the fact that the base solution has all the US states related to a single parent Country
Deployed solution fine into my sandbox tenant. Completed the embedded PBI steps for the Facility entity on the Main form. But I am not rendering any of the Facilities Readiness data? Is there a specific active facility that renders the data? Looks fine in PBI.
In my testing, you need the 'Power Automate Per User' license for the solution to work properly.
If you go to https://make.powerapps.com - Select the correct environment and then open solutions.
Open the "Return to Workplace" solution and you will see a number of Flows. These Flows are most likely disabled and you cannot enable without the appropriate license.
Yes. @Anonymous I checked my licensing to make sure. It shows successful runs but just just not rendering in the main facility entity form even after completing the embed PBI solution fix.
Was the licensing in place before deploying the solution?
I have deployed the solution many times and it only works for me if the license is in place prior to deployment.
Once all the base licensing is in place the flows and checklists all work as expected.
