Add to calendar after request off day is confirmed

I have an app that currently lets employees request off, and then their manager can accept or deny the request. I would like to know how to add that date to an Outlook calendar (which is shared by the organization) once the request is accepted. Thanks a bunch!

Have the PowerApp use a Flow for the Approval process and to add the calendar entry.  That way you can have the Flow wait to receive the Approval or rejection before adding the Calendar entry.

Hi @Nyk

As @Pstork1 's suggestion, you can use one flow to achieve that.

Could you please reference?
