Delegation Warning Using Filter with "In" on Sharepoint List

Hi- I have a Gallery with it's Items property set to

Filter('Employee List_1', TextBox1.Text in Title)

and it productes a Delegation Warning.  'Employee List_1' is a SharePoint List and according to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/delegation-overview

that should be okay.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

Thanks

Please see list of Delegable data source page here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/delegation-list

In is not supported for SharePoint.

Bah, I don't know how I missed that, thanks. Is there a workaround?  StartsWith isn't ideal and = requires full name match.

Re: Delegation Warning Using Filter with "In" on Sharepoint List

Unfortunately not that I know of. Basically depending on connectivity you can dump at the start of your app the list data into a local collection then filter from that. If your Employee list is always under 500 then you can ignore the delegation error and just roll with it. You also have the oppertunity to extend delegation to 2000 in the advanced settings of the app if it falls under that as well, but obviously it'll preform a bit slower.

But these type's of things is why I started using Azure SQL for my apps, cause I got tired of running into odd limitations from SharePoint.
