Dump contents of a sharepoint shared document (.txt) into a Powerapp Label

I have a shared library in SP that contains pure text files.  I wish to dump the condents of the file into a powerapp label upon selection from a button.  I have the method to get the link, and using Launch() seems to yeild inconsistent results.  I wish to just dup the contents into a lablel for viewing.  Possible?

Thanks.
