Items in Gallery are broken...

Hello, i have a gallery with 5 items. i created a sort control that i have in filter functions. For some reason when i apply the "SortbyColumns" functions my filters do not work. So i decided to rid of the sort control for debugging purposes, but now when i remove it my items all get errors. "This identifer isnt recagonzied. This error appears most commnly when a formula refers to something that no longer exists"... I am confused as to how the control to tied with the items in the gallery.

thank you all

Hello @mmattar,

I suspect there's an error in your formula. I would suggest you to let PowerApps create a test app from your data (see start with your data section). The automatically created application will contain a Gallery control with sorting formulas applied to your data. You can then test the sorting functionality in that app.

@mmattar

Share the formula you have now and a screen shot off the formula with all the red line, then we could maybe help.

Greatings,
