SQL stored procedure not returning as expected

Hello!

I am having an issue with a SQL stored procedure returning the right data to my PowerApp. The stored proc is triggered via a Flow.

I have followed the instructions here:

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Expressions-and-Formulas/SQL-Stored-Procedure/m-p/275615#M5682

but I am still not getting the desired output.

I have attached an image of the PowerApp (PowerAppScreen.png). The button is bound with the following code:

ClearCollect(ElvisTileDetails, ElvisMobile_Dev_GetElvisTileDetails.Run(TextInput2));

The ElvisMobile_Dev_GetElvisTileDetails is the Flow attached as a screenshot too (FlowScreen.png).

But the fields that I expect to appear in the Collection on my PowerApp (e.g., sortOrder, DetailField1) are not appearing. The only fields available are Value and IsSelected.

Would anyone know what the potential issue is? I can provide more information if need to be. Thanks.

Re: SQL stored procedure not returning as expected

Can you try the below two points:

1. In your flow - Response Activity: Did you define the schema in "Response Body JSON Schema"

2. If above is not done, make changes to apply the schema and refresh the Flow called in button event

Thanks.

Re: SQL stored procedure not returning as expected

Probably you made changes to the flow after you connected it the first time from PowerApps.

What you should do is go to view-datasources and delete the flow. Then add a buttun, go to action and connect the flow again. Delete the button and try your button.

Now it should work.

Hope this helps,

Paul
