Tab vs select behaviour

Hi

I have an OnSelect action on a text box (it resets another text box )  it works fine if I click into the field, however I've just noticed that if I Tab into the field rather than click (select) it doesn't work?  Just wondering what my options are to resolve this.  Basically I want as soon as landing of any kind !  or text typed in this this field I want it to reset another field (I've got 2 forms sitting on top of each other only want one to appear at a time so this is how I get around it )

Any suggestions?

TIA

Re: Tab vs select behaviour

Hello TIA,

I have run into this same issue and figured out a workaround. OnSelect only works, as we have discovered, when the user clicks in the Text Box. The Text Input Box has a property: FocusedBorderColor which by default is the text input color. The Text Input Box will have the focus as soon as the user tabs into it. TextInputBox.FocusedBorderColor can be used as your driving variable to reset another field.

Hope it helps.

Re: Tab vs select behaviour

Sorry  @emhI know I have accepted it as solution because it certainly sounded logical LOL  But I can't seem to get it to work. The action I;m using is reset if I use that on focused border colour I get a red x error " you can't use this property to change values elsewhere in the app..."   ?
