Re: adding new attachment file in the same record in SP List

Hey @PytByt

Yes you can achieve this by opening the form in edit mode instead of New Form mode.

Please follow the below steps:
1) On the control, where you are initiating a new form, instead use expression: EditForm(FormName)
2) Now, since you want to update an existing record, you should edit the "item" property of your form to:
Lookup(DataSource,Field1 = "Value")
Here, Please replace the DataSource with the name of your actual data source and also apply the condition that gets back the required record in place of Field1 = "Value".

Now, if you will do a SubmitForm(), this will update the record to add more attachments.

Hope this Helps!

Re: adding new attachment file in the same record in SP List

Hey @PytByt

Thank you so much. Glad that I am able to assist you.

And yes, using edit mode you can easily add data to existing record. We generally have two edit modes of a form:

New: to create a new record.
Edit: to Edit an existing record.

Hope this Helps!
