Giving SharePoint List Item read and edit permission to specific people

For this Flow I wanted to be able to give only the creator, site owners, and people included in fields on a form access to a SharePoint item. If you just want the creator and site owner to be able to view items, you can just use the SharePoint list > Advanced Settings > Item-level permissions to manage the permissions and you don't need to use this Flow. This flow is only needed in order to give specific people who were not the creator and are not given site-wide read/edit permissions and prevent everyone else from seeing the item.

First, set the permissions on your SharePoint list:

1. Click List Settings

2. Select Advanced Settings

3. Under Item-level permissions

  a. Set Read Access to "Read all items"

  b. Set Create and Edit Access to "Create items and edit items that were created by the user"

4. Click Ok to save the settings

Create the Flow with these actions:

1. When an item is created

2. Stop sharing an item or a folder

   - This will remove access from everyone who is not the owner of the site to read/edit the items.

3. Grant access to an item or a folder

   -  Use the Reciepients field to grant access to the specific people you want to have access and you can control the read and edit access with the Role.
