Approval Flows: Allow more options than "Approve", "Reject"

I've started using Approval Flows and noticed that there is no option to manually escalate an Approval, only way to do that currently is via time-out.

Also it would be useful to have more than just the "Approve" and "escalate" options i.e. a third could easily be "Escalate" or whatever the Flow requires.

I also looked at the Outlook Office 365 Flow and while that allows you to have more than the "Approve" and "Reject" options, there is no option to add Comments.

So we're left with two unstaisfactory options i.e. use a Flow that allows comments, or use a Flow that has more than the "Approve", "reject" option.

Status: Completed

Custom response options are now available!

We need a feature (User Options) that exist on "Office 365 Outlook - Send approval email" action.

Wanted to send email to multiple users requesting their response to know whether they completed or not.

The action "Approvals - Start an approval" suits well.

I do not find an option to customize the "User Options" that exist on the "Office 365 Outlook - Send approval email" action which is very useful to customize the action buttons displayed on the email.

We do not want default texts Approve / Reject. In my case, I want to display only one button with the text "Completed".

It would be much useful if you implement "User Options" feature on the action "Approvals - Start an approval".

You might ask, why dont I use "Office 365 Outlook - Send approval email" action. I have to run this in parallel with dynamic multiple list of users.

Instead of Approve and Reject, it would be useful to allow for "Move to interview stage" instead of approve to provide a clearer context to an approval..

Also wanted the same thing. I wanted to change the approval buttons with Completed or Cancel.

Level: Powered On

In my case, I wanted to add more than one button. For example, a button for 'more information'.

Level: Powered On

This would help to implement more complex business scenarios such as "Back for correction/more information", etc.
