As a Dynamics 365 CRM user, I would like to quickly and easily send case information to VSTS
A common scenario is the escalation of bugs or issues that require development resources to fix. Example: If a CRM Case is type = bug and Status = Confirmed, then a VSTS work Item = bug should be created. All updated on the bug in VSTS should be visible in CRM.
CRM cases are subsequently synchronized with key TFS work item information.
