Flow and dynamics 365 Cases

In connecting Flow with Dynamics 365 I have the following challenge:

I want to make a flow where the following triggers an alert:

Case is made by person 1

Case is set to que in different country, owner is adjusted.

Case is resolved by owner from different country.

 

When this happens the first person (who created the case) needs to get a message stating it is resolved. I cant seem to get this done in Flow, is there a trigger i overlook or can it be added?
