Trigger a new event when:
-You open a new ticket
-There are changes on your ticket
-Your Ticket is closed
-someone assigns you to a ticket
This would be great. I am using Servcie Now's FLOW to send a http triger to MS FLOW.
@d-nice .since no official trigger is available, would you have some documentation or how to achieve Servcie Now's FLOW to send a http triger to MS FLOW.
On a CLOSE event would be nice to trigger Flow to send out a customer satisfaction survey from Forms.
