Skype for business Meeting Options

I would like to have a capability on Skype For Business to

1. Use a Team/system account, currently it does not take any other account except the account of the person who configured the Flow.

2. Have options to define or mark certain attendees as Presenters, currently only the one who creates it is marked presenter and this limits on who can set up the whiteboard or sharing options
