Flow Ideas

New Idea

I've noticed there's no "User Status" information available for Office 365/Skype for Business/Teams. I believe this would be a useful addition, as it could be used to drive automated emails from Flow. (User Status as in Free/Busy/Working Elsewhere/Out of Office/etc)

One example is a project I'm working on, where I'm trying to have emails with a certain structure (from a certain email address, with a certain subject line) auto-forwarded to my backup if I'm showing out of office at the time the email comes in. This flow would then be extended to my team, so that they will have these types of emails forwarded when they are out of office.

We would like to have the ability to send a message to one of our MS Teams whenever a Gravity Form is completed on our Wordpress website(s).

We are currently using Slack and it does receive a message from Gravity Forms in various channels, but are strongly considering about migrating to Teams.

It would be great if we could build a flow which allows an employee to ask for the creation of a team and if approved the team is automaticaly created even if the creation of teams is disabled for the "normal" employee.

I would love to export all the details of a new Class Team assignment as a row to an Excel spreadsheet so I can keep track of them all. All I need is the Trigger & Dynamic Content.

In addition to standard triggers for posted messages such as available for Yammer, but also requested for Teams here, it would be great to have a bookmark trigger.

For example: I use one location for all my reading material, whether it's a blog, documentation or a Yammer/Teams post that requests my attention/response at a later time. That location is Instapaper for me, but could also be Pocket for example for others.

It would be nice to be able to have a Flow trigger when I bookmark something in Teams or Yammer and have it add the link to that post in Instapaper.

Microsoft Teams integration with Project Online

Here's my idea:

First, having a flow triggered when a new Project is created, action being creting a new Teams team.

Second, having a flow triggered when ressources are assigned to a Project, action: adding those same people to the Teams team.

Or alternatively, creating a new Project and assigning ressources to it, then trigger: when a Project is published, action: create new Teams team with assigned ressources as team members.

Using SharePoint usage details around a popular document (i.e. downloads or views) alert a MS Teams channel.
