Attachment Control in Edit Form with limit to 1 file

Hi,

I'm trying to use attachment control (required to limit to 1 file) inside the Add\Edit Forms, in the Add Form its working just fine as the attachment is "Unsave" and I can remove to add different file But when I'm in Edit Form and hit Remove file, it gray out the file and display Undo remove instead of letting me add different file, as I have to limit the attachment control to "1" file, its taking that as a file attached already and not display Add Attachment option. Please advice.

Thanks,

-Sal

Re: Attachment Control in Edit Form with limit to 1 file

I created a workaround to this for now using variable in selected Edit Item to store Attached file Info and tie with attachment control in Edit Form and set OnRemovefile on that attachment control to update that variable to empty table so that now its displaying Attach file instead of UndoRemove File and I'm able to see attach file.

Re: Attachment Control in Edit Form with limit to 1 file

Hi @SalTJX10182018,

In this Edit Form, select the attachment control and check its MaxAttachments property (The maximum number of files the control will accept). See if it is set to 1. You could change the number and test again.

Re: Attachment Control in Edit Form with limit to 1 file

I had to set MaxAttachment to 1. Please read my question again.
