Re: Connect to Data: Error

Hi @pjirav,

Could you please share more details about the error message?

I have made a test on my side, and don't have the issue that you mentioned.

The HTTP 401 error seems to tell that there is something authorization error with the connection you created within your app.

Please check if you have used a proper account to create a connection to the corresponding service within your app.

In addition, please consider take a try to clear cache of your browser, and then re-create a new connection to the corresponding service in your app, check if the issue is solved.

Also please check if the connection within your app is invalid, if yes, please consider re-create a new connection within your app, then check if the issue still exists.

Best regards,

Kris

Re: Connect to Data: Error

Hi Kris,

I tried to recreate the connecitons.  The conenections show connected.  But when I started Making  App, clicking on Connect to Data, this is when I got the  error message.  Then I tried login to a different computer (my co-worker) using my account, it's working fine.   So not sure what on my computer that blocking the table to load.  I also clear cache and reset the browsers setting.

Re: Connect to Data: Error

Hi @pjirav,

Which browser do you use to create your app?

Currently, I could not reproduce your issue on my side. Please consider take a try to create your app using your other browsers, then check if the issue still exists.

In addition, please consider take a try to re-start your computer, try it again, check if the issue is solved.

If the issue still exists, please consider submit an assisted support ticket through the following link:
