Convert Gallery to ForAll() loop?

I have an app that tracks attendance and sign-out for students. I have built a gallery that works per student to pull in all their details for a month. I collect all the rows from a View in SQL and then the Gallery displays that colleciton. Each item in Gallery has 13 fields. 4 of those fields are just ThisItem. refrences, 2 are just time refactored, 1 is a simple calculation based on time, 3 are fairly complex lookups depending on day of week and a few other factors, 1 is based on those 3 lookups to display text, 1 is really complex caluction based on the 3 lookups and 1 is sum.

Ideally I would like to run a ForAll to look up all students, then run a ForAll on list of students to basically run the gallery functions to get total for the month per kid. Then output those totals for billing.

My question is can I use the work I have done on the gallery to somehow sum the calculated values, then run that process in a ForAll? I could rebuild it as nested ForAll but I am woried because I essentially am using Labels in the gallery as variables which I can't do inside a ForAll I think. Below I will share my code but if anyone can give me some guidance on optimum way to do this I would really appreciate it.

The three complex lookup examples, they are identical other than slot one, two or three:

If(
    Text(
        AttendanceDate,
        "[$-en-US]dddd"
    ) = "Monday",
    LookUp(
        StudentRoster,
        Date_x0020_Start < AttendanceDate && Date_x0020_End > AttendanceDate,
        Mon_x0020_Slot_x0020_One
    ),
    Text(
        AttendanceDate,
        "[$-en-US]dddd"
    ) = "Tuesday",
    LookUp(
        StudentRoster,
        Date_x0020_Start < AttendanceDate && Date_x0020_End > AttendanceDate,
        Tues_x0020_Slot_x0020_One
    ),
    Text(
        AttendanceDate,
        "[$-en-US]dddd"
    ) = "Wednesday",
    LookUp(
        StudentRoster,
        Date_x0020_Start < AttendanceDate && Date_x0020_End > AttendanceDate,
        Wed_x0020_Slot_x0020_One
    ),
    Text(
        AttendanceDate,
        "[$-en-US]dddd"
    ) = "Thursday",
    LookUp(
        StudentRoster,
        Date_x0020_Start < AttendanceDate && Date_x0020_End > AttendanceDate,
        Thur_x0020_Slot_x0020_One
    ),
    Text(
        AttendanceDate,
        "[$-en-US]dddd"
    ) = "Friday",
    LookUp(
        StudentRoster,
        Date_x0020_Start < AttendanceDate && Date_x0020_End > AttendanceDate,
        Fri_x0020_Slot_x0020_One
    )
)

Then here is my main complex calculation that uses those three lookup labels as refrence points or variables:

If(
    !IsBlank('Bus Route'),
    0,
    'Bill Registered Activity Three'.Text = "Garderie after Activity",
    0,
    'Bill Registered Activity One'.Text = 'Bill Registered Activity Two'.Text && 'Bill Registered Activity Two'.Text = 'Bill Registered Activity Three'.Text && !IsBlank('Bill Registered Activity One'),
    0,
    'Bill Registered Activity One'.Text = 'Bill Registered Activity Two'.Text && !IsBlank('Bill Registered Activity One'),
    If(
        (Value(
            First(
                MatchAll(
                    Text(SignoutTime),
                    "PT(?:(?<hours>\d+)H)?(?:(?<minutes>\d+)M)?(?:(?<seconds>\d+)S)?"

Thanks.

Thanks everyone for all the help. I got the full loop working this morning. Now I need to use some of the suggested optimizations. I just wanted to share my progess and a screenshot.

Crushing SQL for Bills.png

My poort little basic tier Azure SQL instance has been running at 100% for almost 30 minutes and is only a third through my roster. I will report back after some optimiztion work, especially in using local collections vs. SQL LookUp.

My final problem / optimization challenge is dealing with one query / lookup. I tried to use a local colleciton but I have about 3000 rows so I can't collect it all. As a result I have to make queries back to SQL every loop. This is what I tried:

ClearCollect(
    LocalActAtt,
    Filter(
        '[dbo].[Activity Attendance Review]',
        StartsWith(
            AttendanceDate_x0020_String,
            'All Month Input'.Text
        )
    )
)

This only got a random 500 set. As a result I have this in the loop:

ForAll(
        Filter(
            '[dbo].[Activity Attendance Review]',
            StartsWith(
                AttendanceDate_x0020_String,
                'All Month Input'.Text
            ),
            DailyAttUID = User_x0020_ID
        )
