Counting Flows - user account or creator account?

I use a lot of Flows in my Apps, mainly to call SQL Server Stored Procedures.

The Office365 Licencing Plans have a limit on the number of Flows that can be called per month.

If I create an App and then share it with another user, do the Flows they call when using the App count towards their monthly quota, or mine?

(I'm not currently sharing the Flows, just the Apps. Flows all appear under 'My Flows', not 'Team Flows')

Thanks

Re: Counting Flows - user account or creator account?

Hi @JonathanGibbs ,

Basically,if you just share your PowerApp with others and not share the flow, it count your owns, another situation is you share your PowerApps and flow with others and others used the flow with other connections, it will count all quota of yours.

You can check that  in Admin center and then download the file to see the data.

Best Regards.

Re: Counting Flows - user account or creator account?

Thanks Yumia but I'm now even more confused.

The Admin Centre mentions 232 flow runs used as of 3/18/19 11:25 AM (2,536 trial runs used)

Under what circumstances does a 'trial run' get used, and what circumstances a 'flow run'?

Do all the quotas for a given tenant get added together?

What I'm worried about is running out of quota because everthing counts against my 2,000 per month. If many people use many flows on apps I've shared with them, is that a risk?
