I am also experiencing this issue on 2 separate actions that connect to SharePoint.
The Office 365 Admin portal is not reporting any service issues at the time of writing for Flow or SharePoint.
Other HTTP Actions that connect to SharePoint using REST in the same Flow are also taking much longer to run.
Is anybody facing this for existing connections?
