I have a Custom Edit Form connected to a sharepoint list. The data in the form is driven by a Gallery. Selecting an item in the gallery should prompt the EditForm to LookUp Selected item from the sharepoint list and display for editing in the form. This works fine in Preview mode but the form gets stuck on "Getting your data.." forever when the app is published. I have several screens that function like this. Some of the forms seem to work fine even after publishing but most of them do not work properly. I have tried deleting the form and creating a new form from scratch to no avail. I have also tried various other suggestions littered through these forums but none of them seem to work.

Hi @akp ,
I've made a similar test but not met the same problem like your description.
According to your screenshoots, your app's settings are ok.
As far as I know, this should be about server, network.
Please try to clear your browser's cache, update the browser to the latest version, reopen the app.
Or try other browsers, computers to run the app.
Please check whether your system meet the requirments:
If the problem still exists, I suggest you ask for help here:

Can you elaborate on what server, network issue this might be?
I have tried logging off/on, clearing browsing data, opening in latest browser version and opening this in different browsers. None of those worked. System requirements are not an issue either.
The "Report an issue" button on the page you linked directs me back to the forums.
Whats the process of reporting an issue to Microsoft?
This is extremely frustratying because it bascially renders several days of work I put into developing this app useless.
This seems to have started after the last Powerapps update.
Edit: Figured out how to create a ticket.
