Enhanced Grouping Control - Top Border much too far above controls (Bug?)

Working with the new grouping control...

As shown  below, I have grouped a number of controls. The top border of the Group control (shown in black below to make it clearer) is way above any of the controls in the group (the selected controls).

In the example below, this makes it difficult (when actually running the App) to select the 'Grazing' and 'Drilling' text boxes (as the 'tap' is registered against the group control instead).

I can adjust the z order to bring the other controls on top of the group, but what if I want to add the other controls to a group?

Is there some way to reduce the border of the group so there is not such a huge 'margin'?

Thanks for reporting this. This and a few other issues we'll be improving before this new group control moves out of experimental phase. 

 

As a current workaround - you can work with the Height, Width, X and Y of the contents of the group. For example- set a label's Y to 0 and it will be right at the top of the group. You can also reference the Group as a Parent to base it off of it.
