Excel Dump

I feel like this should be an easy solution but I am struggling with figuring out just how to do it. I have an app built that allows for someone to input the impormation in that we need. I need this to be able to go out to multiple people and at the end of the day, export this data to one excel file. I assume there is a way to hit submit and send this data to a collective list that i can export at the end of the day.

Where are you storing data?  Azure SQL DB?  Sharepoint list?

Idealistically in the company sharepoint, second to this would be OneDrive or our Network drive.
