Found bug in PowerApps forms "OnChange" event limitation (can not recognize searched-text Change)

In powerapps forms, "OnChange" event of ComboBox fire only on when valid input selection value, If user input invalid text "OnChange " event  doesn't fire. this is limitation of "onChange" Event of Combo Box.

"Onchange" event of combo box doesn't recognized text change, invalid input text considered as blank.

i have Combo Box with people picker SharePoint mapped column. where i am updating this column value from powerapps  forms,

while updating people picker through powerapps combobox, i need validation as it allows blank but not invalid text.

i am not able to validate combobox  invalid search text using "OnChange" event.

The "OnChange"  event limitation is, It Cannot  identify text change to fire.

Hi @nmahale ,

I just tested and got the same result. Personally I think this is expected behavior. If you want to change this, please consider to add an idea in below forum so that it might be considered for future release.

As you said "Personally I think this is expected behavior",

This is your personal opinion. how we can accept this as expected behavior,

you should provide proper microsoft powerapps documentation which saying this is expected behavior of "OnChange" event.
