I need help with a formula: URGENT

Maybe you can help me in the following way I am new to this

you will see in the first image what I want to show in a gallery of powerapps are the pending APPROVAL RQUEST

download (6).png

in the second image is the filter of what I just showed you in the first image as you can see is the source (Approvals) that has a relationship with (Request for approvals) and this is how the indicator shows me the approvals Request where the Approval status is Active

If you helped me to replicate what is in the second image through a formula my big problem would be solved

Re: I need help with a formula: URGENT

Hey,

your formula for fillter is Filter(Datasource, condition) therefore on the second position should be the column where your status Active is. If it is a choice field then it should be something like this.

Filter('Approval Request', Status.Value="Approved")

Hope this helps

Re: I need help with a formula: URGENT

Hello, thanks for answering
the status field of my approval request source is always active so this does not help me to filter what I need is to bring the status of the approvals source since this one does serve me

Re: I need help with a formula: URGENT

Hi @octaking

Filter('Approval Requests',Status = 'Status (Approval Requests)'.Active) is correct syntax for getting all active statuses from Approval Requests

but guess you are trying something else

Re: I need help with a formula: URGENT

Hi @RezaDorrani

thank you very much for answering,

That was the first thing I tried but the problem was that the Approval Request Status is always active, so it returns all Approvals Request records

Therefore, I am trying to filter by the status of the data source (Approvals) as shown in the second image of the first Post
